Terms governing use of the website and academy services.
1. Website Use
This website provides general information. You must not misuse the site, interfere with security, copy protected materials without permission or use academy content to misrepresent qualifications.
2. Services and Bookings
Training, certification, importation and consulting services are subject to availability, suitability assessment, written confirmation, fees and service-specific conditions.
3. Handler Responsibility
Handlers remain responsible for their dog, truthful disclosure, safe control, lawful conduct, suitable equipment and compliance with instructor directions.
4. Results
No specific training, behavior, certification, operational or protection result is guaranteed. Outcomes depend on the dog, handler, consistency, health, environment and other factors.
5. Payment and Cancellation
Fees, deposits, due dates, cancellations and refunds are governed by the booking confirmation and Academy Policies.
6. Liability
Working-dog activities involve inherent risk. To the extent permitted by law, participants accept ordinary training risks and must follow all safety requirements.
7. Intellectual Property
Academy names, logos, manuals, scorecards, certificates, photographs, videos and course materials may not be reproduced or used commercially without written authorization.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable laws of the Philippines.
