Official operational rules covering student obligations, refunds, certification, animal welfare, ethics, health and safety, complaints, discipline, privacy and administration.

Student Agreement
Participants must follow instructor directions, disclose relevant dog behavior or health concerns, use approved equipment, act professionally and accept responsibility for attending with a suitable and safely managed dog.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Fees, deposits, cancellation windows and any non-refundable costs will be stated at booking. Importation, travel, veterinary, equipment and specially arranged services may be non-refundable once committed.
Certification Rules
Candidates must satisfy eligibility, identification and training requirements. Judges may stop an examination for safety, welfare, misconduct, equipment failure or loss of control. Certification is based on the published standard in force on the examination date.
Animal Welfare Policy
Dogs must be trained and handled responsibly. Abuse, neglect, unnecessary intimidation, unsafe pressure, deprivation, avoidable injury or training a medically unfit dog is prohibited.
Code of Ethics
Students, staff and representatives must act honestly, professionally and respectfully; protect confidential information; avoid misrepresentation; and place safety and canine welfare above status or results.
Health & Safety Policy
Handlers must control their dogs, maintain safe distances, use suitable equipment, follow site rules, report hazards and comply with emergency instructions. Vaccination or health evidence may be required.
Complaints Policy
Complaints should be submitted in writing with relevant facts and supporting material. The academy will review the matter fairly, may request more information and will communicate the outcome or next steps.
Discipline & Exclusion
Serious or repeated breaches may result in warnings, removal from training, refusal of examination, suspension, cancellation or permanent exclusion. Immediate removal may occur where safety or welfare is at risk.
Privacy & Administration
Personal information is handled according to the Privacy Policy. Participants must keep contact and dog information accurate and notify the academy of material changes.
